This is very appreciated by all Requesters who manage companies. In the Budget allocation part, you can insert a concise list of how you plan to distribute the budget that you require for the project;

Ex: You bid 700USD for a “web design” project.

The Budget allocation could appear like this:

“100USD program management,

250USD Design,

200USD PHP Programmer,

50USD publishing of the site,

100USD maintenance for one year”

In the same manner, you can indicate the time allocation as follows:

“5 days program management,

10 days Design,

4 days Programmer,

2 days publishing of the site,

… maintenance for one year”
