Simply put, Requester is a person that searches for a solution. They can be managers for small or medium sized companies that are searching for skilled people for their projects (programmers, expert designers, experienced engineers, legal consultants with specific know-how, etc…) They are people that need complex answers but don’t have the time to search and elaborate them and are therefore willing to hire someone that has already elaborated these solutions.
