Requesters need to select intelligent, skilled, sociable, and reliable people.  Therefore, the Certification process is designed to select these qualities. All users, particularly Freelance Consultants, are classified in the following 4 levels: Silver, Platinum, Gold and Certified. The level of each user depends both on the Rating given by others as well as tests that Ask2world uses to verify the Freelancer’s ability. Before Members can become Certified, they are subjected to the rating of other users and if the rating is negative their level decreases, thus guaranteeing that the certification is not merely a question of paying a certain fee.

Moreover the rating system is not only a ranking of “stars” but a combination of different factors: Skill, communication, experience, courtesy.
